  I have tried for 5 days to receive communication with this place via the order confirmation text and 3 emails just asking why this occurred after paying maximum price for express postage my product was posted via normal post, just packaged in what looked like a garbage bag. Question remains unanswered - dreadful customer service. Disappointed. Not too fussed about you making money off my postage, but to not even reply is poor form.

  I order a small feeder and some horizontal drippers online. I received the products in good time however one of the horizontal nipples was faulty. I immediately messaged this business via email with images informing them of the faulty nipple. A man responded fairly quickly informing me that the nipple was not one which a had purchased from Farmer little. I responded informing the man that it was. There was no response for a week. I emailed again asking why there was no response. The man informed me that he had sent replacements the day previous. This was over a month ago and I still have not received my replacement horizontal nipples. I found the customer service rude and that I needed to defend myself . My chickens are not able to drink enough water due to this and I have to leave dirty buckets out for them to drink from.
