  Extremely rude customer service lady working one the right hand side today. Don’t waste your time with this branch Mornington has much nicer and accommodating staff.

  Reasonably polite staff who provided misleading information , uncontactable however , I would steer well clear of Hastings Commbank. Commbank huge profits make a joke of service provided.

  Appalling service. One overworked person on counter who has no authority. Hand balled to the one customer service officer, all after closing the Somerville branch. Customer first is just a tag line and not something they actually believe in. Joke.

  they sent a card from my account to my girlfriend. the gave her full access to my accounts and at a later date showed me all of her account details. love your security bet anyone with an email address could con some money from you

  Was purchasing a block of land and needed the comm bank to securely organise payment from my account to the solicitors trust account. They made the experience in a easy and friendly manner. With all the scams going around one can never be to careful. Thanks to the team at comm bank Hastings.
